  • RETREATS

    Register for a Flourishing in Ministry retreat with other ministry leaders (6-8 attendees) for a guided discussion and interaction experience to enrich the soul. This is an affordable way to get-away and grow in daily well-being, resilience, thriving and authenticity.

  • INTENSIVES

    Come away for an intensive - a focused and in-depth experience of care for an individual or a couple to address a significant need. Housing options are available at little to no cost. Meals and travel at the cost of the participant(s).

  • SPEAKING

    Jay and/or Sharon speak at churches, conferences, retreats and workshops. Consider inviting one, or both of them to your next gathering, whether it be a Sunday morning service, a retreat for leaders, marriage retreat or seminar.

  • CHURCH BOARD

    Inspiring church boards on the wellbeing and care of their pastor (s). Topics such as work-life balance, budget for coaching and /or counselling, sabbaticals, vacation, time off, and sabbath keeping.

  • STARTING STRONG

    A series of workshops to lay foundations for those new to ministry. The goal is develop and establish life long practices for daily wellbeing, resilience, thriving and authenticity.

The Guptills

Jay and Sharon have served over 40 years in church ministry and both are ordained pastors. They have lived and ministered in both the USA and Canada. Today they own and co-lead Made for More Ministries by offering coaching, counselling, and retreats. When you go on retreat with them you will find ways to Rest, Renew, and Refuel. When you choose to coach or counsel with them you will deepen your understanding of who you truly are and discover the person God has designed you to be. They believe people are Made for More and can grow and learn through the difficult seasons of life bringing meaning out of struggles. 

Take some time to join them as they walk the roads of life with you. Their life experiences have shaped the people they have become and have given them wisdom for the difficult journeys in ministry.
